Hi, I'm Nic and l believe that everyone deserves the space to be heard without interruptions and the time to explore what is going on for them at their own pace.

My hope is to offer a calm and welcoming space where you can talk about whatever’s on your mind. I listen with compassion and without judgement, giving you room to explore things at your own pace. What matters most to me is building a genuine connection where you feel understood and supported.

My aim is to sit with you as my real, authentic self, so you can feel comfortable being yourself too. We might just talk, and if it feels right, I can offer creative tools — like sand trays, art or clay, meditation, body‑based exercises, storytelling or card sets. I always adapt what we use to suit your style, helping you feel supported as you explore things in a way that feels natural to you.

My drive comes from many years in education and fostering, which showed me how much people need good mental health support. Too many are left waiting for help they deserve. I also work with a charity supporting people affected by sexual abuse, assault and domestic abuse, which inspires me to offer counselling that truly helps.

At The Listening Ear, I believe everyone deserves the chance to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. My counselling offers support as you work through whatever’s affecting your wellbeing. I aim to create a space that feels honest, open and genuinely connected.
